Achievements
The Spoken Slovene portal is part of the LLM4DH project, which focuses on research into the development of large language models for the Slovene language and their use in digital humanities. The portal also allows recordings to be submitted as part of collaborations with other research projects.
PUBLISHED CORPORA
ROG-dialog
A collection of recordings of private speech with transcripts and manually added annotations of dialogue acts and sentiment.
Purpose: training machine-learning models for speech annotation and linguistic analysis.
Project: Large Language Models for Digital Humanities, LLM4DH (2024–2027). The collection is openly available in the CLARIN.SI repository.
Krohot
A collection of recordings of private speech with transcripts and manually added annotations of humorous segments.
Purpose: analysis of humour in Slovene and machine learning.
Project: Krohot (2025). The collection is openly available in the CLARIN.SI repository.
